SWIM WITH DOLPHINS
Dolphin Tours on the Sea Wolf

Dolphin Snorkel / Swim The Dolphin experience of a lifetime! Hawaii is an awesome place to snorkel with dolphins in the wild. The most common dolphin to snorkel and swim with is the Hawaiian Spinner Dolphin. The Spinner Dolphin is sometimes referred to as the Long-snouted Dolphin. There are approx. 1000 Spinner Dolphins that call the Big Island water’s home!
We also have Spotted Dolphins, Pilot Whales and small pods
of Pacific Bottlenose Dolphins here in Hawaii.
The Dolphin
Swim Tour: Our 35' rigid inflatable dive boat; “Sea Wolf”, departs
twice a day to snorkel and swim with wild dolphins of the coast of
beautiful, sunny Kailua-Kona. The Sea Wolf has an extended step
ladder in the stern of the boat making getting in and out of the
water very easy. Once the Sea Wolf leaves the marina, Captain Bart
along with fellow captain and deckhand, Lars, locate the pods of
dolphins and position the Sea Wolf near as we can while still being
unobtrusive to the dolphins. When Captain Bart gives the go ahead
you may enter the water as the pod of dolphins swim by.

Sometimes the dolphins are in a hurry to get somewhere and just swim by us...and sometimes they are curious and stay with our group for quite awhile.
This tour lasts 1.5 to 2 hours and includes all snorkel equipment, flotation devices, towels, snacks and beverages.
Please remember that we do not guarantee dolphin sighting on every trip as these are wild animals that we are viewing in their natural habitat. Our dolphin sighting chance, however for the morning tour is 95% and 85% chance for the afternoon tour! Even if the dolphins choose to ignore us on your scheduled trip, still expect to see gorgeous coral reefs, tropical fish, green sea turtles and many other ocean-wonders that Hawaii has to offer.
Departs at 9:00 am and 1:00 pm from the Honokohau Harbor in Kailua-Kona.
